PROJEKT ARRS J7-1817: 5000 YEARS OF GRAZING AND MINING ACTIVITIES IN THE JULIAN ALPS (SLOVENIA) (2019-2022)

Dr Špela Goričan (geologist)

has been studying Mesozoic stratigraphy for 35 years. Her research (stratigraphy of Mesozoic basins, taxonomy and radiolaria biochronology) is based on various, multi-proxy team-work and intensive international cooperation. She has rich field experience in the Julian Alps and will take part in geological mapping.
